Just a quick little note to say:
My IBS - Irritable Bowel Syndrome - is taking some time getting used to. We have also found that my gut does not like Gluten. We are slowly reintroducing FODMAP foods and have found that peas are also out of the diet.
My other health scare was a bulky left ovary on scan. We have had it re-scanned (after a three month period) and have found that one cyst has disappeared and the larger cyst has not changed size in that time so the specialist feels that it is BENIGN. We will have a re-scan in 12 months and monitor it then - unless there are symptoms in the meantime.
Darryl is to have a Stress-test on Friday for his cardiologist and may go from taking Warfarin to the new drug (unsure what it is as haven't been told BUT apparently it needs less monitoring). He sees his Respirologist the following week.
A couple of short trips in the van before Christmas and then we will see,
