Plumber arrived yesterday morning and had to jack-hammer the concrete at the front right corner of the house to find the leak. It was in a black poly pipe where a previous owner has moved one of the taps. All fixed now and waiting for some sand to put around it and then re-concrete the top.
Have to now take the receipt into council and they will reduce the amount of our water bill for this quarter. YAY.
