We have just spent a wonderful week with all our friends at the Campertrailers.org National Meet at Wellington NSW. We arrived last Friday and it poured rain on Friday night. Saturday and Sunday we had sunny days BUT icy winds blowing all day and then the temperatures got down to -1.7degrees overnight BRRRRRRR.
The rest of the week turned out to be absolutely gorgeous. Lovely sunny days and warm nights which did not stop us from sitting around the campfire until late.
We were all give a Treasure Hunt to complete whilst in Wellington for the week - visiting places of interest and taking amusing photos whilst we were at it. We had to hand these in on Thursday and then on Friday at the closing ceremony - Darryl, Buster and myself were named the winners of the treasure hunt. Whoo hoo. This week we also appeared in the Caravan and Motorhome on Tour Magazine, Issue 178. The photos were taken back in March 2012, and the article written back in August and appeared in the October issue of the magazine.
We are now in Wagga Wagga staying outside my sister Jenny's house. We have had a lovely afternoon catching up with Jenny, Peter, Pauline, Kayla and her friend Ashley, Lyn, Meghan, Jason and Jayden. Looking forward to spending more time with them over the next two days.
