Woomera SA

Have had two nights in Woomera.  And tonight it is FREEZING......  The wind feels like it is coming straight of the ice...............
We went to Roxby Downs today and then out to Andamooka.
Roxby was amazing.....  they have a population of 3000 people and a huge shopping centre and facilities and everything was green - courts, playing fields, parks.
Andamooka is like a mix of Lightning Ridge and White cliffs but seems to have more open cut opal mining.

Tomorrow we head to Glendambo and then on to past Coober Pedy.  Might be out of range for a few days.

    Hi Darrel & Barb,
    Have just looked at all your pics and naration for the 1st time, I am envious, what a country we have eh..looks like your having a great time. We,ve just had our Laidley Muster, all good, nice place and 29 Vans so a good turn up. I am still working on Lee & my trip to Mallacoota-Great Ocean Road-SA and Kalbah but I think thats a walk in the park to what you 3 are doing, Anyway hope to see you at mallacoota if thats in you plans, meanwhile, safe travelling and continue to enjoy.
