On Wednesday morning we got up early and drove to Jimboomba, we dropped Ben off at Beckie's home and then we drove up and hid around the corner. We knew that Beckie would be dropping the children at school and daycare and Ben wanted to give his sister a surprise. Beckie was expecting him home on the Wednesday night..

We did have a great time in Maryborough.
We had three days of beautiful and sunny weather - albeit occasionally very hot, and then we had rain, rain, wind, rain, wind, rain........
Everything was a 'little' wet when we packed up to head home on the 12.10.10.
Darryl go his picture in the paper and because of that - one of the fellows that he worked with in Katherine, who now lives near Maryborough, came out to the muster to track him down. It was great catching up with Lester and Margaret. We will have to do it again soon.
We are having a welcome home BBQ for Ben this Sunday and looking forward to family and friends joining us.
